Project: New Life Christian Academy
Scope of Work:
A new 5,600 square foot school facility serving Pre-K and school-age children was constructed in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The project included site preparation, excavation, and installation of reinforced concrete foundations and slab-on-grade, wood stud wall framing, and an asphalt shingle roofing system. Interior buildout consisted of four large classrooms, administrative offices, a sizable waiting area, a custom breakroom for teachers, high ceilings, custom finishes, and laminate flooring throughout. The scope also included reconnection and coordination of existing utilities, including electrical, water, and sewer services, as well as installation of a new fire alarm system in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
Site improvements included the construction and enhancement of sidewalks, installation of ADA-compliant handicap ramps, minor grading to ensure proper drainage, and landscaping, including seeding and stabilization of all disturbed areas.

Project: YES Wellness Center
Scope of Work:
The YES Wellness Center in Raleigh will be developed as a close to 11,000 square foot interior build-out designed to support an integrated healthcare model combining behavioral health, primary care, and wellness services. The construction scope includes a centralized reception and waiting area with controlled entry and efficient patient intake flow, multiple sound-insulated private office suites for behavioral health services, and a series of primary care exam rooms supported by clinical work areas and nurse stations. The layout is structured to optimize adjacency between medical and behavioral health functions, enabling coordinated, team-based care delivery while maintaining privacy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable healthcare building codes and regulations.
Additional programmed interior spaces will include a multipurpose training and group room for group therapy, patient education, community wellness programming, and staff training, along with administrative office suites for leadership, billing, care coordination, and clinical operations. The build-out will also incorporate staff support areas such as a break room, dedicated case management and consultation rooms, and essential infrastructure including storage, IT/low-voltage rooms, mechanical access areas, and circulation corridors. The overall construction approach will prioritize ADA compliance, sound attenuation between clinical suites, trauma-informed design principles, and efficient patient flow. The project will also include custom exterior enhancements designed to create a welcoming, recognizable, and community-centered presence.
